I’m sneaking this onto my apt shower cause the landlord (condo owner) left an old gross showerhead with little pressure and easily mildewed. I’ll talk him into keeping this new one later lol. The metal braided tube has excellent flexibility making the shower’s hand wand really easy to manage in the shower. Both connection ends of the tube were very nicely protected from damage with plastic pieces on the outside and thread protection as well. I used teflon tape (for extra leak resistance) but there is an included washer on both ends so the tape may not be needed. If you use the teflon tape, wrap it clockwise on the male ends so that screws into the flexible tube without unwinding.

Mine just came in yesterday. I got right to work cleaning the shower and had my boyfriend install it. Install was easy. Would definitely recommend getting the extender for a more luxurious feel, but also it looks kind of weird without it. Water pressure was amazing. Great alternative if you don’t want to spend hundreds on a new shower head.

I really love this shower head for three reasons.Two it has a setting that allows both the shower head and the handheld to work at the same time and by positioning the handheld to the side and a little lower this allows me to have my whole body covered in warm water when I'm showeringThree it was super easy to put in there are flow restrictors that they put in because of regulations in some states like California however they give you an instruction sheet showing you how to take them out and it's very simple installed it in minutes and as I said it looks great.

I was pleasantly surprised with how well packaged the item came and the quality of the product for the price. It even included a small roll of Teflon tape! I had previously ordered a known brand shower head that cost twice as much and returned it. This product was a breeze to install and it worked perfectly!

Very happy with this shower set. Very well made and has the look of quality as well. Super easy to install. No regrets. I will mention one side note — I also bought the “brushed nickel” finish version of this unit for our other bathroom. The shower head and hand held sprayer are metal on the brushed nickel set. They are plastic on the Chrome version. Not that this is bad. The Delta unit I replaced received daily use for 20 years before it wore out and it was plastic. I think it does explain the lower price for the Chrome unit, which is fair. Otherwise they are the same. Throwing in a washer spare parts package was thoughtful as well.

I like everything about this product. Good looking, it will hold a lot more weight than other brands and once you set it to a specific Agle and tighten it, it will not move. I recommend it.I was surprised how well-made this is. Full metal construction with plenty of ways to mount.Nice and sturdy, easy to install with no experience. Been using it for five months now with no issues.

We did a total remodel in the main bathroom in our house. We ripped out the tub and put in a step-in shower as part of the process. We dececided to go with this shower head and we are glad that we did. The rain head is a great size and we love that you can have the shower head and handheld unit on simultaneously. The color is also spot on. Our advice is to make sure you pair it with a good quality valve. We also pulled the flow restrictors out since we had enough gpm to do so. We will be getting one for our master bath soon.

This was very easy to install after searching for the right size nipple for the shower port. It has good build quality, heavier than I expected, and all the knobs and everything work very easily. We really enjoy having the two shower heads and the handheld option. Have not had it long enough to comment on the finish quality but initially it looks good. Good flow from the shower head after you remove the flow restrictor. All the parts were there and the instructions were easy to read. The packaging was great and kept it from any shipping damage. A much more affordable option than some of the name brands such as Grohe, Kohler and others. Give it a try you will be impressed.

This is the second shower unit we bought because we loved the first one so much. When I installed the second one I accidentally bent the upper shower arm. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new one for free. I only had to pay 9 dollars for the shipping cost. When I got the new arm I could not figure out how to attach it because it came with the T fitting too. Customer service was very patience and sent me details instruction on how to attach it. If I had another shower I would defiantly buy another one.Great water flow from the overhead shower. 5 stars !!!!!

Great product. The packaging is superb. The instructions are complete and the actual shower head looks and works excellent. I mounted the bottom with the included 3m tape instead of drilling and it is rock solid. I like that it can flow through either or both nozzles simultaneously. I did buy a shorter 1/2 coupling for the in wall connection, but that depends on how deep your water pipe is mounted.

First off- I am short, which became an issue with shower heads! I like a handheld but most of them have the diverted lever at the top. This awesome contraption has the diverted at the bottom which makes it so easy for me to reach. I took the water constrictors out for full pressure. It’s wonderful. I’m very pleased with this shower set up. Installation was easier than I expected. This shower unit has worked flawlessly for a year now. I'm thinking about buying two more for the other showers in my house.
